We wish you very welcome at Gmundner Ruderverein at the lake Traunsee. We would be happy if you want to get in contact with us to enjoy rowing at our club.

Club area and parking facilities

opposit of the "Gmundner Strandbad" (public outoor swimming pool) there is a small parking area (free of charge); it's about 50 meters to our club

for longer visits you can use the big parking area of "Parkplatz Toskana"; it's also free of charge and the walking distance is about 150 meters to our club

Facilities

Locker rooms for women and men with showers and toilets are in the "Bootshaus"

In the Clubhouse there are beverage available for a reasonable price.

Small dishes can be ordered in the "Buffet Strandbad" next to the Clubhouse of the rowing club. 

 

Rowing boats

"C- and Gig-boats" are available for rental.

You can also bring your own boats and start from our row club area.

Please check with our contact person to organise your briefing for our rental boats and sculls.

 

Cleanliness of boats
After use please clean our boats with some on site available towels/paper. Please clean the slides/runners too.

general: please use our polystyrene pads if you want to place the boats on the ground outside the water

 

Possible damages at our boats

There is no insurance coverage for our boats.

Every damage is to get paid by the guests. Please clarify with the "Oberbootsmann".

We kindly ask for careful handling of our rental boats!
